Fitness Journey Part 2

This is what I call the After Christmas Blues. It’s hard during the holiday season to really keep yourself motivated to lose weight.

So many amazing foods including the most fattening and best tasting desserts. When I weighed myself after the holidays I wasn’t really shocked to see that all my hard work in losing the weight was gone. I felt depressed a bit as I didn’t think I was that bad during the season.

This happens each year and I should know it and expect it. In fact you need to plan for this.

I have realized that there is no point fighting this as no matter how hard you try you will have a slip up sometimes.

With January I am going to get back into a routine of working out again and avoiding the snacking which is hard when you work from home.

It’s all about getting healthier this year. Good luck to anyone who is working on this
