This character win my heart from the moment I met her in Bet You Can’t Find Me and again in Eternal Beauty both written by Linda Prather.
The books are paranormal thrillers and I really enjoyed them but it was Catherine Manns that won the day for me as the books really showcase her and what she can do.
While she is not the most easiest of characters to get along with she shows just how great she is. She is a psychic and even if you don’t believe in the metaphysical it just made her more interesting.
Her relationship that she generates with the FBI really made things interesting as well since you could see that it will probably end in some strange way.
What I love is her attitudes and the fact that she tries to always do what is right. I honestly do have a crush on what I picture her as. I also really need more of this character as she is one of my favourite characters generated.
Being psychic must be very difficult and you see it as she knew things which really caused her to be on the radar of the FBI. Her powers haven’t yet reached their top level as well and who knows where or how far they can take her.
