Are you a leader or a follower?

There is no one or the other answer to this as it depends on the circumstances. It really all depends on the scenario.

If it’s something that I am more comfortable with then I am more a leader as I feel confident in my abilities to handle it.

If it’s a new situation I may take a bit of a backseat until I have the information and the knowledge to make a decision I would follow the lead of those who know what they are doing and then support them with the information.

Being a leader doesn’t mean you always need to lead but what it does mean is that you have to support others and ensure that they are given the tools that they require to succeed.

The other part is it all depends on the stage of your life as well as younger people are generally more following especially when they are at school or just starting out in their career path. They will gain the confidence and become the leader.
