How do you balance work and home life?
This is a very difficult question especially in the pandemic or post pandemic times. It is more difficult as we are working from home most of the time.
One of the things I do to help maintain balance is meditation. I find that it allows me to focus myself for the day ahead whether it’s work or play.
Another thing I do is during the day even when working for my lunch break I take a nice walk outside. It gets me the fresh air and gives me the exercise that I am trying to focus more on.
When I am done for the day of work I will take another walk or will take an hour and read a book or play some video games. This allows me to wind down and allow a chance to decompress from a potentially draining or stressful day.
