Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Practice they say makes you perfect. I am a huge fan of practice of certain things.

I practice meditation each day so that I can get better at it and allow myself to reach the relaxation moments.


I also practice my flexibility as I was a gymnast and I have lost much of my flexibility I want to try and get some of it back.

I also still practice Tae Kwon Do so that my skills don’t atrophy. I got a green green belt and I do enjoy the combat skills I learned so I practice some of what I learned.

When I did train I loved this group.
