Describe one habit that brings you joy.
I guess the first thing is to describe what a habit really is. A habit a settled tendancy or a behaviour that you continuously use or close enough.
I don’t believe I am really a habitual person as I can’t recall specific habits that I do.
I do have a bad habit and it’s hard to really admit it to many people. One thing I do is bite my fingernails. This is a nervous tendency and not always because of stress.
I don’t have a good habit so much as I do eat and try to eat healthy but I do backslide and eat junk food as well which is probably why my weight is not in control.
The only habit I did give up for years was chocolate as it used to give me migraines.
