Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.

In some ways I wish I had learned to take things easier when I was younger especially with the way I trained myself. I have ended up with lasting injuries because of that.

I also wished I had learned to push things a bit more with my career since I could be further along in my career. It would have helped having more education both university as well as taking courses for my career such as Canadian securities course
