In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?

I find that hard work is its own reward. Working in finance I work hard and always have, trying to ensure that my team is well taken care of.

Because of my hard work I have been promoted once to the team leader and approached to join another group because of this. When you have people who respect you that much because of your work it makes you feel fulfilled.
