Are you more of a night or morning person?
Generally I am a morning person as I am up early and like to get my day started early so I have as much free time as possible.
During the week I work starting at 8am and I love the early start so that I can get as much done and then have time to do my hobbies or work out after work.
During the weekends I get up and play video games a bit and then read or do laundry and go for walks.
I also tend to not stay up late anymore as I tire more easily.
