What makes a good leader?
There are many aspects that can make a leader good. I have a very strong opinion on just what a good leader does
1. A good leader will respect everyone
2. A good leader will be fair
3. A good leader will listen
4. A good leader will never take credit for others ideas
5. A good leader will be easy to talk to and not make you feel small or stupid.
6. A good leader will be the type of person who will work with you to improve and tell you where you are suffering and where you need to improve.
7. A good leader isn’t above you but works with you and will take advice as well as give advice
