Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.

Joining pension benefits team instead of staying with my original team and making sure that my old team was taken care of.

With me leaving it may have set up what currently has happened which was my boss being laid off and then combining multiple teams into one.  Or this is what I was told yesterday
