What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?

In 2023 after over 15 years of working in specialty products in finance the Income and locked in plans I decided to move out of that area and into Pension Benefits.

This was hard for me as I was going from something that I was the subject matter expert on and could recite the rules and the laws of each province blindly.

I don’t regret making the choice to move as it has allowed me to improve my mental health by allowing me to have a more balanced life between work and home.
