I am a huge fan of MMA and have been for a long time. I find the fighters fascinating and this was no different. Michael Bisping rose to fame in the UFC when he won the third season of The Ultimate Fighter.
The book details his life as a Mixed Martial Arts star and a family man. The look at his life was intriguing especially as he was always acting like he had a big mouth. He was very grateful and showed a lot of sincerity.
I love the stories of him going again Dan Henderson and him fighting an idol of his in Anderson Silva.
For those who love reading biographies and love MMA this book is for you. It’s a longer book but it’s well worth it.
