How do you relax?
There are many ways in which to relax and none are better than any other. I relax in many different ways.
A nice hot bath whether it has bubbles in it or not. Sometimes just a drop of essential oil in it to give it a scent. It doesn’t have to have that either it’s more the heat and the water lapping around your body.
Going for a walk. I love walking and I find that it helps a lot to relieve stress and it is a great cardiovascular workout.
Reading is a pastime that also relaxes me. There is nothing quite so fun about getting yourself stuck in the story of a well written book.
