What is something others do that sparks your admiration

That’s hard as I have two.

The first one is volunteer work as I don’t generally have time to volunteer to do anything like that and I don’t know where I would do it.

The second is those who have the drive to work out. It’s harder as you get older to work out in the same fashion as you did when you were younger. My body definitely doesn’t respond the way I want it to or the way it used to
